Responsibilities

• Set up, lay out, and tack up various precision frame weldments and brackets according to specifications and blueprints.

• Perform MIG welding on milled steel and stainless steel components using appropriate tools, machines, and techniques.

• Weld horizontal and vertical down plug welds to meet production and quality standards.

• Square up and weld various shapes of components, ensuring structural integrity and accurate fit-up.

• Tack up structures to tight tolerances and weld out precision frames to exact tolerances.

• Read and interpret complicated prints and blueprints to determine welding requirements and sequence of operations.

• Perform welding on both vertical and horizontal planes while maintaining consistent quality.

• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as needed.

• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area in safe and good working condition.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and support a positive team environment.

Monday - Thursday schedule; 1st and 2nd shift available

OT Available

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
