Chief Human Resources Officer | Chattanooga, TN (Onsite) We are partnering with a PE-backed, acquisition-driven company approaching $1B in revenue that is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to help lead the next phase of organizational growth and evolution. With approximately 3,000 employees across multiple states, the company is looking for a hands‑on HR executive who can strengthen and scale the people infrastructure while serving as a close strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This is not a “maintain the status quo” role. The organization is seeking a leader with a demonstrated track record of building and elevating HR capabilities within growing, multi‑site environments. The ideal candidate will bring the ability to modernize and optimize HR operations, strengthen leadership and talent pipelines, support acquisition‑driven growth, and help the company continue evolving as it scales. The CHRO will oversee the full HR function, including Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and organizational culture initiatives, while leading a team of approximately 20 HR professionals. They are seeking someone with executive presence who is also approachable, collaborative, operationally strong, and highly credible with leaders and employees alike. Key areas of focus include: Strengthening organizational capability and HR infrastructure Building scalable talent pipelines and succession strategies Leading multi‑site HR operations across a growing organization Supporting continued acquisition integration and organizational growth Driving employee engagement, retention, and leadership development Partnering closely with executive leadership on workforce strategy and change management The ideal background includes: Experience leading the full HR function as the top HR executive Multi‑location leadership experience within high‑growth or PE‑backed organizations Strong operational HR leadership combined with strategic capability Experience in B2B service, retail, distribution, logistics, hospitality, foodservice, manufacturing, or related operational environments Ability to build trust, influence executives, and lead through growth and change The role is based onsite in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and offers the opportunity to play a highly visible leadership role within a company continuing to expand through acquisition and operational growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Acuity Group
