Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist II to join our Benefits and Talent Solutions team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support related to benefits administration, talent management services, and CRM system utilization. Your expertise in project management, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration will ensure seamless service delivery and foster strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts within our customer relationship management (CRM) systems, supporting sales initiatives, and facilitating internal communication across departments. You will leverage your analysis skills and data-driven decision-making abilities to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction. Your proactive approach will help maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support client accounts within CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud, ensuring accurate data entry and ongoing account updates.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to benefits administration, talent solutions, and platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Assist in onboarding new clients by providing comprehensive training on SaaS platforms and order processing tools.
• Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for account growth through relationship management and understanding client objectives.
• Utilize analysis skills to interpret data from CRM systems, generating insights that inform customer service strategies and decision-making.
• Facilitate internal communication channels to ensure timely resolution of client issues and continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements by leveraging project management techniques and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in client support, account management, or related roles within SaaS or technology environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems; experience with Salesforce Cloud is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools for coordinating multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management (CRM), customer service problem-solving, and managing customer accounts effectively.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, order processing tools, and Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly across diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and internal communication within fast-paced environments.
