NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to handle a new, dedicated distribution route within our established Evansville, IN operation. This is a consistent, high-revenue opportunity requiring a Large SUV or Minivan vehicle. We believe every delivery is more than just a drop-off-it's an opportunity to make someone's day.

• Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure that cargo is picked up and delivered to our valued customers on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality.
• Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to plan and follow efficient routes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal fuel usage.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, handling questions or issues with empathy.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays or address changes to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

• Compensation: $1000 a week.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Start/End Time: 6:30AM start
• Required Vehicle: Minivan or larger.
• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 800 miles.
• Daily Stops: Varies
• Geographical Area: Evansville - Scottsburg

• Candidates must possess a Minivan or larger .
• The vehicle must be 2016 model year or newer . This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards and provides adequate space for cargo.

• Age: Be at least 21 years of age.
• Vehicle: Own a vehicle that can pass a multi-point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
• Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
• Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
• Pre-Employment Screening: You must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment process before beginning work, which includes a: Driving History Review (past 36 months), Criminal Background Check, and Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.
