Medicaid Eligibility Specialist

State of Louisiana

The Louisiana Department of Health is seeking a Medicaid Analyst to acquire extensive knowledge of Medicaid policy and procedures and to determine eligibility for health insurance for members and applicants. This role involves working with applications received electronically, by mail, email, in person, or by phone, in a call-center style environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling high call volumes, and demonstrate excellent customer service, teamwork, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
