Senior Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Tampa, Florida

We are partnering with a growing multifamily general contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Tampa operation. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proven multifamily construction professional who is ready to take on significant responsibility and position themselves for the next step in their career.

This role is particularly well suited for a strong Senior Project Manager who has the experience, leadership ability, and business acumen to be vetted for advancement into a Project Executive-level position as the organization continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive construction project management experience with the majority of your career focused on multifamily construction .
• Proven success managing large, complex multifamily projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong command of project financials, scheduling, contracts, procurement, change management, and overall project execution.
• Demonstrated leadership of project teams with the ability to mentor PMs, APMs, and project staff.
• Executive-level potential with strong owner relationships, business acumen, decision-making skills, and the ability to eventually oversee multiple projects and teams.
