What We are looking for:
We are looking for aggressive Mortgage Loan Originators who are ambitious and self-sourcing to join a dynamic team. Company leads may be provided to supplement your existing business and take you to the next level.
In todays environment, we believe maintaining an extensive suite of products and programs leads to greater success. With access to over 40 lenders, we have the ability to service ALL of our client's needs.

What youll be doing:
- Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, accountants, etc.
- Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
- Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained through the life cycle of the loan process
Mortgage Loan Officer job requirements:
- Must be a licensed or registered Mortgage Loan Originator
- Comply with all Federal and State regulations
- Minimum 1 year loan origination experience
- High level of comfort meeting new people and networking to prospect for new business leads
- Good oral and written communication skills are needed to generate independent leads
- Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry
- High School Diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
