Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding role supporting students’ communication and development needs throughout the full 2026-2027 academic year. ProCare Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based, contracted position near San Clara, CA for the 26/27 school semester. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about making a difference in a high school setting,. It's designed for skilled speech-language pathologists (SLPs), candidates holding their Clinical Competency Certificate (CCC), and recent CFY graduates interested in pediatrics, school-based services, and teletherapy modalities. 

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field for SLPAs/OTs)
  • Active state licensure for California (SLP, OT, or SLPA)
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) accepted
  • Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in high school or educational environments
  • Comfort with onsite school settings; teletherapy experience a plus
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology or occupational therapy services to a high school caseload
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to develop and implement individualized student plans
  • Assess, plan, and track measurable progress toward communication and developmental goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
