FULL TIME STAFF ACCOUNTANT (Hospital Based, 100% On-Site) MLee Healthcare is recruiting an Accountant for a lovely community hospital near Huron Ohio! This position is fully on-site Monday - Friday. Hospital Accountant Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 40-hours a week NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS! Hospital Accountant Must Possess Ability to:

- Prepare and organize financial and accounting transactions
- Prepare financials statements
- Provide support to Directors in regards to budgets and financial reports
- Meet reporting deadlines
- Support month- and year-end close processes
- Prepare, verify, allocate and post journal entries
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare requested reports
- Data analysis
- Multi-task and be able to quickly switch gears between tasks as required
- Adapt to different financial and reporting software
- Self-insured organization holding annual deductibles as low as $250 (single) and $500 (family). Once yearly deductible is met, all services are covered at 100%! Our client also has great retirement/pension benefits. If you put in 3% of your wages after a year of service and 1000 hours worked, you would be eligible for an additional 3% and match 1.5% of your contributions for a total of 7.5%!
