Job Summary Jim Taylor Ford Lincoln is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Control Technician to join our team at our Ruston, LA location. This role helps ensure every vehicle meets quality standards before it is returned to the customer. The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, mechanically aware, and committed to helping the service department deliver consistent, high-quality work. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys catching issues before they become problems, supporting the team, and helping create a better overall customer experience.
