Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Portsmouth, Ohio

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day Shift: 08:00 - 18:00

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and chronic pain patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid Ohio Physical Therapist License.
• Outpatient experience preferred; must have experience in orthopedics and neurology.
• Graduate of a CAPTE accredited PT program.
