Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Emotional Resilience Therapeutic Services, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, including detailed psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify the specific needs of patients.

  • Collaborating with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that consider their goals, needs, and cultural backgrounds, ensuring care is personalized and effective.

  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

  • Providing immediate crisis intervention services, coordinating with other healthcare specialists to ensure continuity of care during acute distress scenarios.

  • Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, aligned with regulatory guidelines and clinical policy.

  • Offering psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge and strategies to successfully navigate their mental health challenges.

  • Engaging with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to deliver comprehensive patient care.

  • Conducting regular assessments of treatment outcomes to measure effectiveness and implementing necessary adjustments to plans.

  • Staying up to date with best practices, emerging trends, and relevant research in the mental health field, integrating this knowledge into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on patients at our detox center, who are navigating addiction recovery. These individuals often face a wide spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges requiring innovative and empathetic support. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

  • An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
