What You'll Do
- Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
- Develop personalized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
- Administer rehabilitative treatments, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed
- Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
- Provide consultation and family education regarding treatment plans and progress
- Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants, aides, or students as needed
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and quality assurance activities
What You Need
- Valid Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license / NBCOT Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar settings
- Strong knowledge of OT assessments, interventions, and documentation practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Adherence to professional ethics and regulatory standards
