In this role, you'll respond to warm leads, conduct consultative discovery calls, understand client needs, and position Wesley Group's advisory and consulting solutions. Partnering closely with senior advisors, you'll manage a structured pipeline, maintain meticulous CRM records, and drive consistent revenue results. Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of B2B or financial services sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment aligned with our entrepreneurial culture.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads for Wesley Group's financial services offerings
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
- Deliver consultative, solutions-focused sales conversations
- Collaborate with advisory and consulting teams to scope tailored solutions
- Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate CRM records
- Meet and exceed activity, conversion, and revenue targets
- Coordinate smooth handoffs to delivery and account management teams
- Continuously refine messaging based on data and client feedback
