Your Role: Assembly Division

As a key member of our Assembly Division, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of a hose assembly. You aren't just pushing buttons; you are crafting critical components for the Thermoplastic hose industry.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Production: Adhere to standard cutting, coiling, crimping, tagging, and packing in both the Thermoplastic and Wire hose product lines, including more complex and specialized assemblies.
• Precision: Compliance with Bill of Materials with 100% accuracy across diverse assembly requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Perform multi-stage inspections to ensure every assembly meets our safety and durability standards.
• Equipment: Develop proficiency in the proper setup and operation of cutters, crimpers, coilers, compressors, and tow motors, including routine adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Shipping and Receiving: Understand and perform proper packaging and palletization of finished products, loading and unloading of trailers, and shipment creation software.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address routine production, equipment, material, and quality issues, escalating issues when necessary.
• Documentation & Traceability: Maintain meticulous documentation throughout all production stages to ensure every assembly is "ship-ready" and meets quality standards.
• Safety: Adhere to all mechanical equipment protocols while maintaining a clean, organized workstations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or production, prior utilization of automatic cutters, crimping machines, coilers and tow motors is a plus. 5-7 years preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/move for an 8-hour shift and routinely lift 50+ lbs .
• Detail-Oriented: A "quality-first" mindset; you catch the small mistakes before they leave the building.
• Ambition: A desire to learn the technical side of advanced production and manufacturing and move up within the company.
