GIS Enterprise Administrator

Position Summary We are seeking experienced GIS Enterprise Administrators to support and maintain enterprise geospatial platforms within a large‑scale telecommunications environment. This role will be responsible for administering ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure, optimizing GIS services and applications, automating workflows, and supporting enterprise‑level geospatial solutions across cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong ArcGIS Enterprise administration experience, a solid understanding of GIS infrastructure, and the ability to work collaboratively in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise environments, including ArcGIS Server and Web Adaptor, ensuring high availability and performance Manage publishing, deployment, and optimization of GIS services and applications using ArcGIS Pro Automate administrative and data management processes using Python and ArcPy scripting Monitor system performance, scalability, security, and overall health of GIS infrastructure Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and support enterprise geospatial solutions Troubleshoot and resolve GIS platform and application issues in enterprise environments Support system upgrades, patches, migrations, and environment enhancements Required Skills & Qualifications 8–15 years of related GIS administration and enterprise support experience Strong hands‑on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise administration Experience with ArcGIS Server, Web Adaptor, and ArcGIS Pro Proficiency with Python and ArcPy scripting for automation tasks Knowledge of enterprise GIS architecture, deployment, and system optimization Experience supporting enterprise‑scale GIS environments Familiarity with the following domains: Plan Build Telecom Preferred Qualifications Experience within telecommunications or utility environments Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross‑functional teams Experience with enterprise security, scalability, and performance monitoring Work Arrangement Hybrid role based in Tampa, FL 7‑month contract opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr Collyde
