What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the Nursing Process within OR settings
• Assess patients' needs and plan appropriate interventions
• Assist in surgical procedures, maintaining sterile environment standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective perioperative care
• Delegate tasks appropriately to team members
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Promote patient safety and satisfaction throughout care processes

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Experience in a surgical, perioperative, or similar fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Strong organizational, communication, and delegation skills

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Additional certifications in clinical specialties
• Basic computer skills
