Janitor Position

Janitor Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift – 1:30 PM– 10:00 PM (Mandatory overtime and some Saturdays)

This is a temp-to-hire position

Our client is an aerospace and metal finishing company seeking a dependable Janitor to help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout its administrative and production buildings.

Summary: The Janitor performs routine cleaning duties throughout the facility, maintaining high cleanliness and sanitation standards in offices, restrooms, and production areas.

Duties:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and offices.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout facility.
• Empty and replace trash and recycling bins.
• Wipe down surfaces, tables, and glass doors.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance or supply needs to supervisor.
• Follow all safety and cleaning protocols.

Qualifications: Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Must pass background check and drug screen.
