Contract Analyst
The contract analyst will act as liaison between internal teams regarding implementation activities and the software development lifecycle.
• Train users on web-based applications and system updates
• Designs, develops, and delivers live, virtual trainings for state and district personnel
• Authors, edits, and manages ongoing client and stakeholder communications and customer relations management tools
Basic qualifications:
• 1+ years of related experience
• Ability to recognize and described problems and develop creative solutions
• MS Office experience including Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
