EPSI Worx is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise or materials. You will also be responsible for operating a reach truck while wearing a headset that provides instructions in English for picking product locations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, check, and store merchandise or materials in designated areas
• Fill requisitions and orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack, crate, and ship products and materials to distribution centers, departments, or assembly lines
• Operate a reach truck while wearing a headset that provides computer-generated instructions in English for picking product locations
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operating procedures while operating the reach truck
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor or manager
• Follow standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the warehouse industry
• Utilize basic computer skills for inventory management and order tracking purposes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in operating a reach truck and comfortable wearing a headset for communication purposes
• Familiarity with receiving, unpacking, checking, and storing merchandise or materials
• Ability to accurately fill requisitions and orders according to established procedures
• Knowledge of packing, crating, and shipping products and materials
• Familiarity with operating a forklift is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively under general supervision and collaborate with a team
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order tracking
• Must possess steel-toe boots for safety purposes
• Must be comfortable working in a non-controlled temperature environment
