This radiologic technologist position involves performing CT imaging procedures in a busy healthcare setting. The role requires technical proficiency and the ability to work independently to support patient diagnostics. Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans with attention to detail and accurate positioning.
- Scan traumas independently to meet departmental standards.
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document procedures and ensure all patient information is correctly entered into the EMR system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment sterilization.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality imaging results.
- ARRT certification required; must apply for VT license upon offer acceptance.
- EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is mandatory.
- Must have Phillips CT experience preferred.
- Ability to start PIVs; candidates lacking this skill will not succeed in this role.
- Experienced in imaging procedures within a teaching facility of similar size.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute up to 100+ miles as per tiered travel pay structure.
- Develop advanced imaging skills in a dynamic, teaching healthcare environment.
