This is a field-based position supporting customers throughout an assigned territory covering Northern California, Oregon, Washington State, and Northern Nevada/Reno. Regular travel to customer sites throughout the territory is required.Essential Functions/ResponsibilitiesPerforms on-site installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of company products and equipment.Provides technical and service support to KMHA customers as well as Sales, Service, and Management teams.Serves as a primary customer contact for technical and service-related issues.Identifies equipment malfunctions, diagnoses problems, and takes appropriate corrective action.Trains customer personnel on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance.Represents the company professionally in all interactions with customers.Prepares and maintains daily service logs, reports, and documentation of work performed.Manages a variety of field service assignments requiring independent problem-solving and technical judgment.Experience with the installation and service of CR/DR modality products preferred.General knowledge and understanding of DICOM.Experience with the installation, construction, and/or service of X-ray rooms and portable X-ray products preferred.Travels regularly throughout the assigned territory to provide installation, maintenance, and service support.QualificationsPhysical Requirements/TravelAbility to lift 40–50 lbs as neededMust be able to travel approximately 50–75% domesticallyMust reside within assigned territoryStrong vision and communication abilities for in-person and remote interactionsMust have a valid driver's license in good standingCore CompetenciesTechnical ProficiencyApplies strong technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with imaging systemsStays current with product updates and shares expertise with the teamProblem Solving & Critical ThinkingDiagnoses issues accurately and develops effective solutions under pressureUses data and experience to support sound decision-makingProject & Time ManagementManages multiple tasks and priorities efficientlyCoordinates field activities and adjusts plans to meet goals and deadlinesCustomer FocusProvides timely, respectful, and solutions-oriented serviceMaintains professionalism in challenging situations and seeks feedback to improveCommunication SkillsCommunicates clearly, both verbally and in writingListens actively and tailors communication to the audienceTeam CollaborationWorks effectively within cross-functional teamsShares knowledge and supports team success through accountability and opennessLeadership & AccountabilityTakes initiative and follows through on commitmentsMentors others and contributes to continuous improvementQuality & ComplianceAdheres to company and industry standards (e.g., ISO-9001, 21 CFR 820)Identifies areas for improvement and supports high-quality service deliveryAdaptability & Strategic AwarenessAdjusts to evolving customer needs and business prioritiesUnderstands broader organizational goals and aligns efforts accordingly
