RN - MedSurg

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of inpatient experience and be proficient in the Epic charting system. Responsibilities Provide patient care for a diverse adult and geriatric population. Monitor telemetry and manage Med/Surg patients with dysrhythmias. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Float to units of equal or lesser acuity as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 1 year of inpatient Med/Surg experience required. Active BLS certification. Recent Epic experience (within 6 months) strongly preferred.
