Overview

We are seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant to support general anesthesia services across a diverse range of procedures. If you enjoy teamwork, a fast-paced operating room environment, and dependable day-shift scheduling, this locum tenens healthcare opportunity may be a great fit.

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $5,670 - $6,070
• Start Date: April 6, 2026
• End Date: December 31, 2027
• Coverage: PRN coverage only
• Supervision: MD supervision provided
• Case Mix: General, Neuro, Gynecology, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, ENT, Pediatric ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, and Urology

Job Requirements

• Active Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant certification required
• Ability to obtain or maintain state licensure as needed
• At least 1 year of anesthesia experience required
• Comfort working in a collaborative surgical environment with physician supervision
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia support for a variety of surgical cases
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
• Work closely with anesthesiologists and the surgical team to promote safe, efficient workflow
• Support coverage for general and specialty procedures within the assigned case mix
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established anesthesia protocols
