Position Description: We will teach you how to connect with business owners and key decision-makers at local businesses through in-person meetings. We have superb training and ongoing professional development, focused on growing your referral-based clientele base. We also assist with the licensure process (3-10 days to study and pass the state exam) and offer full reimbursement for licensure expenses ($200-300) . Meet and build relationships with business owners, their employees, and other community members to offer them our industry-leading financial protection. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and AM Best. Utilize the business tools provided to you to help grow your clientele base, including our custom-built CRM system. Demonstrate empathy and 5-star customer service . Create and run your own full-time schedule, no weekends or evenings required . Qualifications: You must be willing to be out in the community, not behind a desk. This is not a phone or computer-based position. You take initiative and have natural relationship-building skills ; you like people, and people like you!
