Pay & Details: Our drivers averaged $87,000 annually in 2025 Percentage-based pay + 30 CPM deadhead pay Home weekly OTR and regional midwestern routes available Benefits & Advantages: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Assigned late-model Kenworth and Volvo tractors Our average driver has been with us 5+ Years Weekly payroll Paid detention Paid vacation Minimum Requirements: A valid CDL-A Must be at least 23 years or older 1 year of recent OTR experience (possible training for inexperienced CDL holders) No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years No major violations on MVR in last 5 years (reckless driving, DUI, etc.) No major preventable accidents in last 3 years Stable employment history with good references About Van Wyk Inc.: As a family-owned company with over a half century of success, we're big enough to keep you running, but small enough to give you the personalized attention you deserve.
