By offering cutting-edge treatments, innovative research, and a patient-centered approach, we are redefining what’s possible in the fight against cancer and blood disorders.If you want to be part of a growing organization committed to healing, hope, and advanced care, join us and help make a meaningful impact!Key Responsibilitieso Enroll participants into a Clinical Interventional or Observational Studyo Obtain Informed Consent: Explain study procedures, risks, and benefits toparticipants, ensuring full understanding.o Coordinate Appointments: Organize and schedule research participantappointments efficiently.o Manage Research Care: Coordinate care during all research-related appointments,collaborating with other NYCBS departments. Assist at appointments and overseerelevant orders and activities.o Collect Data: Gather complete and accurate participant data, including medical history, medication review, physical exams, lab tests, ECG, AE review and other required study assessments. Data collected will be entered into EMR, Verily, Onco Trials or Paradigm, and patient update spreadsheets by the CRC-Interventional.o Track SAEs & Deviations: Document Serious Adverse Events(SAEs) and deviations, reporting them to the sponsor within 24 hours whenapplicable.o Provide Regulatory Team with Summaries: Share event summaries with theRegulatory team for timely reporting to regulatory authorities.o Attend Key Meetings: Participate in Site Initiation Visits (SIVs), researchmeetings, and sponsor-specified sessions.What We’re Looking ForQualifications:STEM Background requiredAssociates Degree required (Bachelors preferred)Skills & Experience:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and healthcare professionalsExperience with EMR’sAttention to detail and professional conductAdditional Requirements:Reliable transportation to travel between NYCBS locationsOn Site only- No remote opportunityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentWhat We OfferSalary starting at $30 per hour, based on experience.Comprehensive Benefits Package including:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (effective on day 1)Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability401k plan with company contributionsPaid Time Off (PTO) and 8 paid holidays (2 floating)Join Us Today!Become part of a team that is making strides in cancer care and delivering hope to those who need it most.
