As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.54 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Tue: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Wed: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Thur: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including customer areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report observations to appropriate personnel. Assist with access control, incident documentation, and communication with store management and emergency responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
