Caregiver Part-Time, PRN 12HRS Shifts

Introduction We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team on a Part-Time/PRN Basis and provide high-quality care to our residents. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, medication administration, as well as providing companionship and support. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with residents of all ages. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation Provide companionship and support to residents, including engaging in activities and conversation Assist with medication management and administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care Meal preparation and planning Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as other team members and management Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with clients with dementia Compassionate and patient personality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Perks Competitive pay Professional development opportunities Positive and supportive work environment Why Work With Us?
