Senior Associate, Strategic Finance (FP&A) - eCommerce Industry I'm working with one of my favorite clients, a dynamic eCommerce brand, to hire a commercially-minded Senior Associate, Strategic Finance (FP&A) to be a thought partner to senior leadership and help shape how the business makes decisions. This is a role on a growing team with tons of exposure to the C-suite and room for impact. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to transition in-house from Investment banking, Equity Research, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or for someone already in a Strategic Finance, Corporate Development or FP&A function. This role is particularly awesome because of the Senior Director, Strategic Finance who it reports to - they have worked for huge multi billion global brands and I know them personally - they're really impressive and development of people on their team is a top priority for them. You'll have someone to learn from and who will always go to bat for you. You'll get a ton of cross department exposure and learn how every department of a leading direct to consumer eCommerce business actually operates. The role: Financial modeling & growth strategy Strategic projects across international expansion, physical location launches, brand positioning, eCommerce, supply chain, macro economic impacts, etc. Drive overall planning, monitoring, are reporting of financial performance (budget, forecast, strategic planning) Develop dashboards, KPIs, and build presentations for stakeholders, parent company, and c-suite Analyze performance vs. plans, forecasts, market share and competitive market analysis to bring insights to the org Help with M&A Who you are: 1 - 3+ years of experience in in either Investment Banking, Equity Research, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Management Consulting or from in-house Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or FP&A Need to be strong in financial modeling and storytelling Bonus points if you have experience working in or on clients in eCommerce, consumer goods, etc. Compensation: $100k -$115k base salary + cash bonus + benefits and flexible for the perfect candidate!
