Dispatcher Fremont, Ca – Job Description The Dispatcher coordinates daily delivery operations, assigns routes, and supports drivers to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Dispatch and monitor drivers based on schedules and customer needs Track routes, resolve delays, and provide real-time support Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and customer service Maintain delivery logs, route updates, and driver activity records Use dispatching software, GPS tools, and communication systems Handle incoming calls and emails related to deliveries Assist with route planning and load assignments Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations Qualifications Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient with computers, GPS tools, and Microsoft/Google applications Ability to multitask and make quick decisions Preferred Bilingual English/Spanish Experience supporting delivery or fleet operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
