Job Description WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - PICKER/ PACKER We seek a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate Picker/Packer to join a fast-paced warehouse team. The ideal candidates will be dependable and safety-minded and must be able to follow instructions accurately. Pay : $16.00/hour Shift : 6 AM- 3 PM Location : BUFORD, GA Warehouse Associate - Picker / Packer Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare product orders accurately, following packing slips or system instructions.
- Pack, label, and process outgoing shipments in accordance with company standards.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all warehouse safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking materials as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.) safely.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status or issues.
- One year of previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Able to understand and communicate to ensure safety and clear instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
