Are you wired for precision?
Do you enjoy turning complex drawings into reliable CNC setups? Do you thrive when tolerances are tight and the bar for quality is high? If yes, this role lets you own the setup and operation of Mori Seiki, Doosan, and Haas machines powered by Fanuc controls to produce consistently accurate parts.
What you will do- Plan, set up, and operate CNC machines to meet detailed specifications and production schedules.
- Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations and sequence.
- Deliver high-quality, precision components run after run.
- Hold strict tolerance targets and verify results.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to keep processes stable.
- Inspect completed parts with precision measuring tools to ensure conformance to spec.
- Run Mori Seiki, Doosan, and Haas machines with Fanuc controls efficiently and safely.
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC Set Up Operator or equivalent in manufacturing.
- Comprehensive understanding of CNC machinery, tooling strategies, and programming principles.
- Expertise interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong command of tight-tolerance machining methods.
