Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to enhance our primary care services and access initiatives in the Philadelphia area. This role is designed for those who are passionate about community health and wish to work in a supportive, outpatient environment.

Practice Highlights

• Established primary care practice with high demand
• Immediate patient volume available for new providers
• Exclusively outpatient role—no inpatient duties required
• Collaborative care model including Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and shared nursing staff
• Utilization of integrated Epic EMR system
• Robust referral network within our health system

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
• Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
• Focus on preventive care and population health strategies
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Ensure timely and accurate medical documentation
• Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives

Schedule & Call

• Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 patient-facing hours
• Flexible scheduling options to accommodate work-life balance
• Minimal call responsibilities, with a phone-only schedule of 1:7
