CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to oversee mobile home renovation and construction projects. Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including: Holiday Pay Referral Bonus Incentive Weekly Pay 401k And More! $38.46 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm) Key Responsibilities: Manage construction projects from planning through completion Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews Monitor budgets, schedules, and project timelines Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Conduct quality control inspections Coordinate permits, inspections, and project documentation Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders Manage project closeouts, warranties, and final inspections CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Qualifications: Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovation Experience managing budgets and project schedules Excellent leadership and communication skills Understanding of OSHA standards and safety compliance Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
