We're expanding our nursing team and have full-time Day Shift positions (5 AM - 5 PM) available. Whether you're an experienced LPN or early in your nursing career, this is your chance to be part of something special.

What You'll Do:
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Provide skilled care (e.g., tube feedings, wound care, catheterization)
- Coordinate with physicians, residents, and families
- Advocate for your residents and ensure top-quality, person-centered care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active Idaho license (or compact)
- Compassionate communicator and team player
- Willing to learn and follow SNF-specific regulations
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors
