Position Overview We are seeking motivated, professional, and goal oriented Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. This position is designed for individuals who are looking to build a long term, high income career within a structured and supportive environment. You will be equipped with advanced, proprietary technology, including our in house CRM system The Gorilla and our AI driven platform Aurora, which help streamline your workflow, enhance client interactions, and improve overall performance. These tools are designed to give you a competitive edge while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency in every interaction. In this role, you will work directly with prospective clients to assess their healthcare needs, present tailored coverage solutions across ACA, Medicare, and ancillary products, and guide them through the enrollment process. Beyond the initial sale, you will play a key role in building lasting relationships, increasing client retention, and identifying opportunities to expand coverage, allowing you to grow a residual book of business over time.
