Whether you already have shop experience or you’re looking to start a career in automotive service, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in ther work, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow with a strong dealership team. Pay - Hourly $17.00 plus bonus What You’ll Do Perform oil and filter changes Complete tire rotations, repairs, and wheel alignments Inspect and repair brake systems Perform fluid exchanges and basic maintenance services Complete digital multi-point inspections accurately Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members Follow dealership and safety procedures What We’re Looking For Automotive maintenance or quick service experience preferred Basic tool set is helpful, but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment Attention to detail and quality workmanship Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on vehicles throughout the day Why Join Faricy Ford?
