Responsibilities include janitorial functions, small repairs and maintenance, grass cutting, pesticide application, operation of vehicles, use of hand tools, power mowers & other small equipment. Additionally, this position may be required to independently complete job-related errands including picking up parts, tools, and supplies.Estimated Pay Range:$41,321.28 - $43,000Benefits:Health Insurance with choice of medical plan and prescription, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance options, along with flexible spending accounts401K retirement savings program with generous agency matchPaid vacation, personal and sick leaveEleven paid holidays per yearTuition assistanceMinimum Requirements:Graduation from a standard high school or GED OR completion of eighth grade plus one year of warehouse, production, building maintenance, janitorial or other general work experience.
