Join the team of a dynamic brewery and restaurant preparing a full menu of great food to accompany on-site hand-crafted beer.

Qualifications:

• Experience of at least 2 years in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in various cooking methods, food items, equipment, etc.
• Attention to detail with good organization skills
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others and take direction from management
• Must be available to work days, evenings or weekends

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock all food stations with necessary supplies
• Prep all needed food items for service
• Ensure that all food is made in a timely fashion, to specification and always in high quality
• Ensure that all nutrition and sanitation regulations are kept
• Maintain portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within range
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen and actively participate in cleaning assignments.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understand and be responsible for prepping ingredients
• Able to multitask, work efficiently and with a sense of urgency
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to lift or move 30 lbs.
• Food Safety Certified preferred

Must have transportation

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : $19.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience

Expected hours : 20 – 40 hours per week

Shift :  Weekdays and weekends as needed
