Quality & Safety Program Manager, Value-Based Care (Hybrid)

Bluestone Physician Services

Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a Program Manager of Quality & Safety to lead quality measure reporting for value-based care contracts and to drive patient safety and equity initiatives across ambulatory settings. The role collaborates across ACO leadership, providers, clinical assistants, and EHR/IT to embed quality into daily workflows. ACO programs require strong PM/Lean Six Sigma expertise in a hybrid environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
