Lead Forklift Operator

Date Posted: 06/03/2026 Date Removed: 06/10/2026 Shift : 1st Hours : 7am-3:30pm Job Requirement/Duties: The Lead Forklift Operators primary function is to provide oversight and training to the Forklift Operators on the floor to load/unload trailers per customer specification. Inspection of material/product on in-bound and out-bound shipments is essential. Lead Forklift Operator will work closely with the Facility Manager and Supervisors to ensure shipments and receipts are done in accordance to all safety, company and customer guidelines. Communicate with co-workers and coordinate to receive instructions and coordinate activities Serves as a mentor/trainer and develops other operators to ensure progression. Provides guidance, support and direction to operators Maintains a clean, work environment placing all items in an orderly manner Ability to stack and store merchandise in appropriate areas Other duties may be assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
