Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist to become a part of our dedicated team within the Department of Anesthesiology. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, faith-oriented atmosphere.

The pediatric anesthesiology division is responsible for the care of around 11,000 children across various clinical environments, including operating rooms in children's hospitals, interventional cardiology and radiology, MRI, CT scans, radiation oncology, and a gastrointestinal suite. Our pediatric cardiac anesthesia team handles over 200 intricate cardiac procedures annually, including heart transplants. We also have a well-established fellowship training program and a strong residency program.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $462,000 to $562,000.

The base compensation range for new hires is between $403,000 and $461,000, which is adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
