A highly respected and established Midwest law firm is seeking an Employment Attorney to join its growing Labor & Employment practice. Responsibilities:

• Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Advise employers on workplace compliance and risk management

• Manage discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination matters

• Represent clients before administrative agencies and courts

• Collaborate with partners on complex employment matters

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Licensed attorney in good standing

• 3+ years of employment law experience

• Litigation experience preferred

• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with a team

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
