Oasis Date is the largest grower and processor of dates in North America and the world’s first Regenerative Organic date farm. Historically supplying the category through partner brands, Oasis Date is now launching its own consumer brand, Oasis Dates, in October 2026, to bring premium Medjool dates directly to retailers and consumers. Our mission is to introduce more consumers to the incredible taste, versatility, and nutrition of dates. We are building a modern brand from the ground up and looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join us at a pivotal moment as we prepare for our national launch. This role is designed for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands‑on experience building a consumer brand from scratch . You'll support initiatives across product launches, retail marketing, data analysis, and brand activations while working closely with cross‑functional teams. The Role The Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of Oasis Date's marketing initiatives. This role will help keep projects organized and moving forward across packaging, retail marketing, trade shows, agency coordination, and marketing analytics. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to learn, highly organized, and interested in pursuing a career in marketing or brand management . Why Join Oasis Date Help launch a new national food brand from the ground up Gain exposure to brand marketing, product launches, retail strategy, and consumer marketing Work closely with experienced leaders and cross‑functional teams What You’ll Do Marketing & Brand Support Assist in executing marketing initiatives across product launches, retail programs, and brand campaigns Help maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and brand documentation Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to help ensure projects stay on schedule Trade Shows & Events Support the planning and logistics for key industry trade shows and events Help coordinate booth materials, product shipments, and sampling programs Assist with event preparation and post-event follow-up Product Launch & Packaging Support Support packaging graphic updates by coordinating timelines and feedback across teams Assist in managing packaging files, approvals, and communication with creative partners Help ensure brand assets and messaging remain consistent across materials Marketing Data & Insights Assist with pulling and organizing retail sales data (e.g., Circana) and other market insights Help translate data into simple charts or slides that support internal and sales presentations Learn how to conduct analyses and build customer insights to support marketing and sales Support development of sales decks, product one-pagers, and category insights materials Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Demonstrated interest in brand marketing and consumer goods industry 1-3 years of experience in marketing, internships included Proactive mindset with willingness to take initiative and move projects forward in fast-moving startup environment Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong communicator who enjoys working cross‑functional teams Highly curious and quick to learn, with the ability to apply new concepts to real projects in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint) Other: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for occasional work travel Nice to have (not required): Experience with retail or food and beverage brands Experience supporting events, trade shows, or marketing campaigns #J-18808-Ljbffr Oasis Date
