Along with our core business we have a Service and Warranty division and a Parts Division. We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator. Must have attention to detail, be customer service oriented and work well with others. This position needs a self-motivated team player who can be an active part of our warehouse team and seeks remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.ResponsibilitiesSupports the shipping, receiving & stocking of warehouse inventoryWarehouse and facilities maintenance and housekeepingSupporting existing warehouse staff in a team-based environment while ensuring customer satisfactionMust work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all timesPerforms other duties as assignedFlexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as requiredAssists with Parts Sales functions, as neededAssist with Warranty administrationAssist with loading and unloading shipment of parts, supplies, and equipmentReceives and processes customer orders while responding to customer's inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or servicesRecords changes in inventory by completing paperwork and updating database as necessaryMaintains supplies inventory by recording quantities used and determines needed supplies in warehouseMay deliver parts orders to customer locations or job sitesFollows up with all customers, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfactionDetermines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policiesThe Required ProfileModerate PC skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to safely and efficiently operate typical warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet truck, hand truckOther Skills/AbilitiesLanguage Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.Environmental RequirementsWill be required to work in an office environment and possibly, occasionally in the field.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms.
