Accountabilities:
- Bag guest groceries following Busch’s bagging procedures and guest requests.
- Determine carry out or drive up needs and assist guests in taking purchase to their vehicles.
- Assist guests with questions, purchases and locating product.
- Retrieve carts from parking lot.
- Maintain bottle return area.
- Clean and stock restrooms.
- Empty trash.
- Perform floor sweeps.
- Respond to and clean up spills and broken merchandise
- Return items left behind to their proper location.
- Stock bags on lanes.
- Miscellaneous cleaning functions as assigned.
- Adhere to all Busch’s policies, practices and procedures.
- Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates.
- Exemplify key concepts of hospitality when interacting with guests.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment where time-sensitive processes may contribute to elevated levels of stress.
Requirements:
- No education or previous experience is necessary.
- Proficient communication skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
- Proficient cleaning abilities to meet visual standards.
