Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Respiratory Therapist with expertise in both NICU and PICU settings. This is a 13-week contract role with a focus on high-quality pediatric and neonatal respiratory care. Candidates with strong clinical backgrounds and the ability to thrive during overnight shifts are encouraged to apply.

Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week contract
• Night shift: 7pm – 7am
• Rotated weekends

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Proven experience working in NICU and PICU environments
• Active NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications
• Strong assessment skills and ability to operate specialized respiratory equipment
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Flexibility and reliability in adapting to a rotating weekend/night schedule
• Candidates from the local area are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized respiratory therapy to neonatal and pediatric patients
• Conduct thorough assessments and implement evidence-based respiratory care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor, adjust, and document all respiratory treatments according to physician orders and best practice standards
• Provide support and education to patients and families throughout the care process
• Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and participate in rapid response/Code Blue situations

$2,200 - $2,319/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
