Assembly Associate

Multiple Shifts Available 1st shift 4:00am-2:00pm 2nd shift 2:00pm-12:00am Competitive hourly wage-$17.25/hr Temporary position up to 10 months Assemble automotive sunroof systems and related components according to standardized work instructions. Follow all manufacturing process documentation and quality procedures. Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality specifications. Safely operate common hand tools and assembly equipment. Meet daily production and quality goals while maintaining required cycle times. Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and company safety standards. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production objectives. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions. Perform other duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required. Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions in English. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to visually inspect parts for defects and color variations. Comfortable using hand tools and basic assembly equipment safely. #J-18808-Ljbffr
