Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Adult Psychiatrist to join our dedicated clinical team in Spokane, WA. As an Adult Psychiatrist at FBH, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and advancing access to mental health services in a supportive, collegial environment.

What you’ll do:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for adult patients.
• Deliver evidence-based medication management and psychotherapy support.
• Collaborate closely with therapists, case managers, and other providers in a team-based care model.
• Participate in program development, quality improvement, and teaching opportunities.

Skills & experience we’re looking for:

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD or DO).
• Strong clinical skills with an interest in community-based behavioral health.
